Catnaps will be temporarily closed April 21 thru May 12, 2024 and October 30 thru Nov 13, 2024.  Sorry, no reservations will be available during this time.  

We have found that appointments are the most efficient way to serve you! The reception is small and does not allow for social distancing. If someone is ahead of you, please wait until they exit. Last appointment 30 minutes before closing.

• Saturday  9:00 am-11:00 am 
• Sunday/Holidays – Closed to the public. Cats care is 7 days a week. 

The office closes early when all appointments are done, or no one is scheduled.  

Sorry, after hours and holiday appointments are not available. 

Reminders:  

• Pre-payment in full required. Rates include arrival & departure days.  
• We send electronic invoices ahead of time and accept all major credit cards. 
• Apply flea control at home-thanks!   
• Carriers are the safest option. Please no leash/harness.   

Cancellation Policy:

• New customers: Deposits or pre-payments are non-refundable. 

• Existing customers: Payments already made are final, and no refunds will be issued. No credit, or carryover for unused days will be given. At our discretion, service may not be offered to those with chronic or frequent last minute cancellations.
