Catnaps will be temporarily closed  Nov 1-5, 2023. Sorry, no reservations will be available during this time.  

We have found that appointments are the most efficient way to serve you! The reception is small and does not allow for social distancing. If someone is ahead of you, please wait until they exit. Last appointment 30 minutes before closing. 

• Monday-Friday  9:00 am-5:30 pm     
• Saturday  9:00 am-11:00 am 
• Sunday/Holidays – Closed to the public. Cats care is 7 days a week. 

The office closes early when all appointments are done, or no one is scheduled.  

Sorry, after hours and holiday appointments are not available. 

Reminders:  

• Pre-payment in full required. Rates include arrival & departure days.  
• We send electronic invoices ahead of time and accept all major credit cards. 
• Apply flea control at home-thanks!   
• Carriers are the safest option. Please no leash/harness.   

Cancellation Policy:

• A $60 fee applies to all cancellations, regardless of when they occur. We maintain a waiting list, but rooms can’t always be filled last minute. Deposits are non-refundable. 
   
• If you are checking in the day after a major holiday, we cannot have a cat in that room on the holiday, as they may not depart in time for your arrival. We lose a full day of board plus holiday fee. You must compensate by paying the holiday fee. 
   
• Payments are final, so please pay 24 hours prior to check-in. No refunds, credit, or carryover for unused days will be given.
