For your protection and ours, we only accept cats from homes that do not have the virus.

Business hours (by appointment) are modified:

  • Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 11:00 am AND 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm
  • Saturday 9:00 am to 11:00 am only
  • Sunday/holidays closed

Sorry, no customers permitted inside. We would rather be overly cautious than cause a setback for everyone! Please be on time for your appointment, as we can only serve one customer at a time. We close early when all appointments for the day are completed. Calls are returned during business hours.

Please remain in your vehicle when you arrive. Call 634-1852, option 3 and await further instruction. We will come out and remove the cat and food from your vehicle. We will wear a mask and gloves when approaching your vehicle and removing your cat in its carrier and food.

Pre-payments are required at least 3 days in advance: request a PayPal invoice ahead of time and you can make your credit card payment conveniently online. This avoids hand to hand transfer of paper, receipts, and credit cards. At this time we are waiving deposits for new customers.

If you must pay by check/cash during drop off, please put exact change in a ziplock bag.

Please fax or e-mail documents ahead of time, or have your vet send it, again to avoid hand to hand transfer.

Flea control should be applied at home  unless cat is already wearing a Seresto collar.

Cats must be safely and securely contained. Hard plastic carriers preferred. Please no leashes/harnesses.

Tours are discontinued. There is a virtual tour on the website.
