Do all the cats play together?
No, only cats from the same family are allowed contact with each other. Cats are exercised daily in the play room or recreation area. No cat is left in a cage all day.
Why should I bring my cat’s food?
We recommend this to avoid diarrhea or refusing to eat due to a sudden change in diet. Boarding is a new experience for many cats, so familiar things are comforting to them.

Yes, 2 cats can happily occupy a luxury suite.
Can I visit prior to boarding?
Yes, we encourage you to schedule a tour before the first day of boarding. It may seem less stressful for you when you are able to see where your cat will stay, and we can help you choose the proper accommodations for your cat.
Why do I need an appointment?
We want to spend time ensuring that everything is done to your satisfaction. Also, parking is limited.
What if my cat gets sick?
We will consult with your own vet and go with their recommendation. If your vet is not available we will use the Greater Buffalo Veterinary Emergency Clinic. Vet bills are your responsibility as the owner.
My cat needs medicine, will you give it pills?
Yes, if your cat can be handled safely. If your cat has a history of aggression, we cannot guarantee that he will receive it. We give oral or topical medications, but not injections. At this time we do not board diabetic cats.
